There are 12 departments in the institute, namely, General Administration Department, Human Resources Department, Finance & Accounting Department, Training Administration Department (Foreign Affair Department), Management Training Department (Communist Party School Department), Technical Engineering Training Department, International Business Training Department (Foreign Language Training Department ), E-learning Department, Research & Development Department, Information Technology Department, Journal Department and Service & Maintenance Department.
