Business Overview

The Sinopec Management Institute is mainly responsible for the following four types of training tasks:

Firstly, senior management and reserve personnel training, focusing on the managers, young back-up leaders, and middle-level leaders from the functions of headquarters and major subsidiaries of Sinopec;

Secondly, senior technical expertise's training, targeting on experts and young backbone talents from oil and gas exploration and development, refining and chemical industry, engineering construction, scientific research and sales;

Thirdly, international business talents training, aiming at managers , technical experts and foreign employees from international exploration and development projects, international oil engineering projects and international trading;

Fourthly, trainers' training, majoring in training administrative managers and full-time and part-time teachers from the training centers under Sinopec.
