The first session of SINOPEC i-Academy's application and promotionseminar was successfully held in SINOPEC Management Institute from June 4th to7th in order to promote the application of Sinopec i-Academy, accelerate the systematicconstruction of online job training for SINOPEC Group, and realize the sharingof training resources within SINOPEC Group. A total of 35 participants frommore than 30 subsidiaries of SINOPEC upstream, mid-stream and downstream sectorsparticipated in the training.
This training is to establish a systematic concept of hierarchicalclassification training, to understand the online operation and management throughthe whole process of training projects, to master the information execution andmanagement functions of the annual training plan, to implement the onlinetraining system based on i-Academy, and to carry out online job study, jobtraining, Q&A counseling, etc., aiming at addressing the pertinence andeffectiveness of training, and continuously improving the standardization andscientific level of training.
This training takes a variety of forms, including lectures, casestudies, structured discussions and practicing, as well as e-learning in pre-trainingand discussion on line during training. Through practicing, the traineeslearned the methods of online operation and management through the wholeprocess of training, plan execution and management of training, which enablesthem to have a more comprehensive understanding of the functions of i-Academy.Through case analysis, the students learned about the successful examples oftraining, resource development, learning system construction, andmarket-oriented operations from other units. Participants deepened theirthinking on how to improve future training through structured discussions,brainstorming and questioned classification.
In short, the new positioning and functions of SINOPEC i-Academy havebeen vigorously promoted through this training, as well as its strong supportfor SINOPEC annual training program and job training system. The concept ofsharing and collaboration of training resources project development are furtherpromoted under the circumstance of internet thinking. (Gao Hui)
