In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Party Committee of SINOPEC Group, the training course on studying the spirits of 19th CPC National Congress for division leaders at the headquarters (Phase One) opened in Sinopec Management Institute on January 15 in order to deeply study and implement the spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress and deeply understand Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

Zhang Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopec Management Institute gave a warm welcoming remark to all participants in the opening ceremony, which was hosted by Zhang Binjie, Division Leader of the Management Training Department, S. M. I. Zhang Shijiang, Deputy Director of Human Recourses Department at SINOPEC headquarters, and Wu Bingqian, Division Leader of Party Building Division of the Department for Party-related Affairs also presented in the opening ceremony.

During the opening ceremony, Wu Bingqian introduced the background of the training course,  and emphasized the importance of studying and implementing the spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress. Zhang Shijiang delivered an important speech to the training, and put forward three requirements to the participants. Firstly, they should learn it in advance to understand it deeply; Secondly, they should put what they have learnt into practice; At last, they should take the lead in setting an example and striving to be a model.
