The 32nd- 33rd Full-Time Enterprise Teacher Training Course was held at S.M.I. from November 6th to 17th in order to promote the core competence construction of full-time teachers in Sinopec Group and accelerate the full-time teachers' growing to build a high-level full-time teachers team which could adapt to the training and development of Sinopec Group. A total of 71 full-time teachers from training centers of Sinopec Group engaged in the development of training programs participated in the training.

The training focused on upgrading training program development and management capabilities, including how to do effective surveys, interviews and survey analysis, how to clarify the question list and determine the real needs, how to do the "Three Phases Transformation" of training, and how to design the training content, training courses and the training scheme. This training also covered the topics including the methods and techniques of teacher resource management, curriculum resource management, class culture construction, students' daily management, teaching monitoring and evaluation.

The program managing team designed the relevant courses thoroughly to make sure that the training content could really fulfill all the training targets as designed. (Text/Song Ningning; Translation/Zhang Jing)
