On September 26th, a symposium for the trainees of the training program "Multi-Talented People in Equipment Management from Petrochemical Enterprises " was held in SINOPEC Management Institute (S.M.I) . People who attended the symposium did not only include all the trainees and the program managing team of Technical Engineering Training Department, SMI, but leaders, including Zhu Jianmin, Deputy Director of Refining Business Division, Gou Yingjie, Vice President of S.M.I., Wang Jianjun, Refining Business Division, He Chenghou, Chemical Business Division, Ren Junhui, HR Department, and Gong Hong, Scientific Development Department.

During the symposium, the program managing team gave a periodic summary of this training program and the monitor had a group summary on behalf of the whole class. Some trainees also delivered reports on equipment management, long term operation of installation, examining and repairing management and information construction.

Deputy Director, Zhu Jianmin, also highly praised the achievements of this training program and encouraged the trainees to apply more systematic thinking into equipment management and enhance the knowledge in process management in order to be the experts or vice president in equipment management in the near future.
