SinopecManagement Institute carried out 2016 annual evaluation activities  for outstanding training programs and otherprojects, aiming at promoting further training innovation work by selecting andsetting training innovation models, summarizing training innovationachievements. Altogether 5 categories awards are set up, which are outstandingtraining programs, outstanding training and innovation practices, outstandingtraining courses, outstanding research projects and outstanding teaching cases.Since the launching of the activity this May, teachers were greatly inspiredand motivated.

SMIsets up expert panel and expert evaluation committee to ensure the impartialityand fairness of the final evaluation results. Through reviewing project(courses, cases)material, listening to presentations and other measures, 36innovation achievements were determined and praised during the conference ofcelebrating the 33th Teacher’s day and citing outstanding training innovationachievements.

Asa major move after SMI launched the training innovation and promotionimplementing plan, this activity serves to select and set training innovationmodels, stimulate innovation momentum, create innovation culture atmosphere andpromote SMI training work into a new level.
