The first phase of action learning project on refining investment and project management efficiency improvement which lasted for 10 days came to a successful conclusion on June 17th. 31 investment and project management staff from 30 refining companies attended this project, which is sponsored by Sinopec Refining Division and undertaken by Sinopec Management Institute. 

This action learning project is divided into three phases in 6 months training period. The first phase mainly includes the launching of action learning, the introduction of theoretical knowledge and the proposals on investment and project management efficiency improvement. (Text / Picture, Feng Hui)
