Professor Liang Wenjun, the chief expert of Sinopec Management Institute (SMI), taught the training program design based on the transformation of learning for 6 young teachers of the Management Training Department in the afternoon of April 20th. 

Professor Liang’s lecture covered the topics of training needs research, the basic models of project design, structured discussion and learning transformation
